We offer a refund within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days have passed since your booked a call, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. If you wish to request a refund, please fill out the form below and we will get in touch with you shortly.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You must not have already attended the session you booked.
  • In the case of the preponed session, you must not have accepted the session date and time.
  • Only the session booking charges are refunded. Extra payments for tasks such as the development of plugins and customization of themes will not be refunded unless the work on the project has not been started yet.

Partial Refunds

In case if you are unsatisfied with our experts, you can request a refund within 12 hours of the session. We will look into the matter and you will get a partial refund if eligible.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund Timeline

  • You can request a refund within 5 days of your payment.
  • We will investigate the issue and initiate the refund within 2 days of your request.
  • You will receive an email regarding the initiation of the refund.
  • You will get the refund amount in your bank account within 7 working days.
